CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Part-Time (15-20 Hours/Week) • Winchester, VA
Do you light up when you're around children? Are you organized, dependable, and ready to lead a team well? Canvas Community Church is looking for a warm, capable Children's Ministry Coordinator to lead the week-to-week life of our C3 KIDS ministry.
This is a hands-on leadership role on a part-time schedule. You'll run our Sunday children's environments - preparing classrooms, recruiting and encouraging volunteers, coordinating curriculum, and making sure every child and family feels seen and welcomed. You won't do it alone: our pastoral team partners with you, providing vision, support, and oversight, and carrying the big-picture pieces like major outreach events and budget. It's a wonderful fit for a parent, student, educator, or ministry-minded servant who wants meaningful Kingdom leadership without a full-time commitment.
